At Tokullectibles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn items with original tags attached. Items must be in their original condition to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Tokullectibles account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels are intact to avoid processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
